Our school is a small but lively community. We have an open-door policy, which means that we place emphasis on building relationships of trust between staff and students so that students feel they can always approach us. We are convinced young people learn best when they feel safe and secure. Mutual respect and openness are important to us.

All of our students are assigned their own personal study coach. Our Head of Academics is responsible for individualised study plans as well as being the first point of contact for teachers and parents with regards to educational matters. We address students’ social and emotional development by planning in school wide workshops on areas such as how to deal with exam nerves, stress or bullying.
