Let’s get Cooking aims to teach basic cooking skills, introduce new foods from the diverse international backgrounds represented at AIS Zurich and provide a cheap, but nutritious lunch option for our students on Fridays. Friday’s lunch menu is free for all Cooking Club members.
Angus Gallagher is one of our senior Science and Mathematics teachers at AIS that has a passion for food. Having lived in Hong Kong for 15 years, he’s been able to experience a wide range of Asian and Western cuisines. Whilst there, Angus was fortunate enough to attend cookery class in Vietnam, Thailand and Sri Lanka, and looks forward to sharing the skills he gained there with our students.
