Community is vital to us. We believe that before a person can learn they need to feel safe, happy and that they belong. As a first step, we have a staff who want to get to know and positively influence their students. In addition, we have a full-time School Counsellor who delivers workshops on issues such as bullying. Our Counsellor coaches students to help them create their own personalised learning and study plan. Respectful, open and solution-orientated dialogue is important to us. We also have a parent group who meet with our School Counsellor several times a semester.
