Community

Community is vital to us. We believe that before a person can learn they need to feel safe, happy and that they belong. As a first step, we have a staff who want to get to know and positively influence their students. In addition, we have a full-time School Counsellor who coaches students to help them create their own personalised learning and study plan. Respectful, open and solution-orientated dialogue is important to us. We have several qualified wellbeing coaches on staff and obligatory SEL (Social and Emotional Learning) in our lower secondary school. Our parent group meets with our School Counsellor several times a semester.
